Sugar Free Valentine's Treats

I am sugar free for the first candy-based holiday of the year: Valentine's Day. So that means no chocolate, no candy hearts, no decadent cakes. My hubs thinks he's getting off easy, but here are some ideas to make Valentine's Day sweet, without the sugar.

1.) Strawberries and homemade whipped cream (no added sugar- or cashew cream if you're dairy free like that.)

2.) Using a mini-heart cookie cutter carefully slice hearts out of carrots, parsnips, beets, cucumber and serve with your favorite dip or hummus.

3.) Craft up these adorable puffy heart wands. And work your magic cupid-style.

4.) Enjoy some fresh flowers

5.)...Or try aromatherapy.

6.) Be inspired. Be creative. Make art.

7.) Something naughty or nice to wear.

8.) Something with a little sparkle.

9.) A back massage- while watching a movie or fancy-like at a spa with orchids and chime-y music.
