Sugar Release Day

Whoa. Just whoa.

Here we are. Publishing day. Sugar has officially left the nest. I ducked and wove for a bit, afraid she wasn't going to make it— but wow, she's got wings...

This mama bird feels humbled, ecstatic, and most of all, grateful.

There are many, many different ways to express thanks, but there is a singular sentiment behind my immense gratitude for those of you who helped Sugar come into being and who continue to support my work.

The list is long, cue orchestra music whenever you'd like, but genuinely, from the heights and depths of my writerly spirit, I want to thank my esteem-able editors Courtney Miller and Kelli Martin, these are top notch gals and talented visionaries and wordsmiths, along with Laura & Janice have been who were tremendous. My writer liaison, Andrew, marketeer, Tyler, the publicists Dennelle & Megan who've worked tirelessly to answer my million questions and ya know, do the outstanding promotional work they do, to all the people whose jobs I apologize that I don't know specifically, but that make books happen, thank you. The honey voiced Tara Sands who read Sugar for audio, arigato.

The community of writers I've met via Twitter, Cheyanne Young in particular, along along with everyone who gave Sugar an early read, and who humors my ramblings, you're the bestest! The bestest!

To my friends and family, who've stayed on this wacky roller coaster, hands up in the air, wheee! It's been fun. Probably mostly for me. Ha ha.

And you, readers, gosh, my eyes are teeming right now, ready to overflow. Thank you for giving Sugar a chance, for parting the pages, and reading 'til the end. Thank you.

And of course, the links...
